Katie Bruce
Katie is committed to help each client improve their lifestyles and reach there goals through her educational and sports fitness background. Katie began an active lifestyle at a young age competing in sports including track, volleyball and cheerleading. As Katie got older her activity and drive for a healthy lifestyle continued.
Katie moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2001 and began her health career by attending Massage School. Upon graduating massage school Katie went on to study at Professional Fitness Institute to further her knowledge in subjects such as Kinesiology, Anatomy, Nutrition, Pathology and Business. With her educational background, over 9 years experience and constant dedication and research, Katie provides the latest in the science of exercise and nutrition.
Katie understands the pressure of busy schedules that we all face, that's why she makes it as convenient as possible by providing your personal training session in the comfort of your home, office or anywhere that works best for you! Katie has worked with clients ranging from 15 to 72. Katie helps eliminate the guesswork, she works with your current fitness level along with your personal goals and develops a safe and effective plan. Katie believes living your life in balance through exercise, proper nutrition and a healthy frame of mind are the keys to success!
